On the nose, great elegance with notes of pear, grapefruit, jasmine and honey. The palate, forthright and open, notes of blood orange and pastry. Vivacity, beautiful bitter notes and chalky minerality.

55% Chardonnay 30% Pinot Noir 15% Pinot Meunier – Zero Dosage 
The nose displays precise citrus aromas and a hint of salinity. Complex yet clean, the palate bursts with grapefruit, white fruits and dry minerality. Wonderful acidity.

The nose unveils expressive notes of citrus, florals and white fruits. Well balanced with a delicate complexity, Chardonnay adds a lively, fresh fruitiness on the palate, while the Pinot Noir gives the wine richness and length.

51% Chardonnay 39% Pinot Noir (Inc 6% still red wine) 10% Pinot Meunier - 6g/l 

The nose displays aromas of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries and morello cherries) together with nuances of spice. On the palate, the wine is light, fresh and well balanced. It has a rich, lasting finish with flavours of red gooseberry and raspberry lingering. Feminine and generous.
