Butchers Block Shiraz 2021 - £ 16 / bottle

A thrilling wine that leaps from the glass with instant rapport. A medium-bodied palate with juicy dark berry fruits, blueberries, violets, graphite and flint, held together with fine, supple tannins. Smooth & delicious.

Barossa Valley White 2021 - £14 / bottle

A layered & thought-provoking blend inspired by the whites of the Rhone Valley. The underlying rich medley of fresh & roasted stone fruit is topped with a toasty note of spice-laced crumb. Balanced with a restrained zesty hit of ginger on the lingering finish.

Mataro 2019 - £ 18.50 / bottle

A fresh and exciting representation of Mataro. The opening bouquet hints of blueberries and jubes. A touch of savory with sophistication sees this playful and seamless wine coat the palate with joy. Subtle oak integration over a brief eight months adds fine tannins to the finish.

Amber in colour, the nose displays intense marmalade, citrus peel and kumquat with a slightly spicy edge. The palate is lusciously rich and intense, with apricot and marmalade flavours lingering.
