Cap Corse – Domaine Pieretti Blanc 2021 - £26

Crisp, saline and cool, it’s the antidote to a hot summer’s day in the Mediterranean. Grown on clay and schist soils, its slatey minerality, intense floral nose is rounded out by honeydew melon, white peach and pineapple notes with a citrus tang to finish.

Sartene - Domaine Saparale Rosé 2022 - £24

Shut your eyes and you could be drinking a white wine. This blend of Sciacarello, Vermentino and a dash of Nielluccio is as pure and delicate as rosé gets - which makes it a perfect match for raw seafood.

~

Sartene - Domaine Saparale Rouge 2022 - £24

Aromas of tapenade and wild berries and a wealth of briary hedgerow fruit flavours over a structure of fine tannins. A lovely briary red wine from Corsica blended from 80% Sciacarello and 20% Nielluccio Slightly spicy wine, with raspberry and strawberry aromas. It has a soft attack on the palate and nice notes of candied fruit. The palate remains light and the texture silky

Cap Corse - Domaine Pieretti, Muscat du Cap Corse 2021 - £32

This Muscat wine is an orange blossom-scented, golden-hued nectar from Corsica. With a palate of sweet, ripe apricots it is traditionally enjoyed chilled in situ as a pre-prandial sharpener, but works equally well as partner to fruit-based desserts.
