TAKE HOME WINE

~

Pinot Grigio, Alto Adige D.O.C. White 2021 - £18 / bottle

Light straw yellow colour and fruity notes of ripe pears, white pepper and a
bit of sage in the nose. Mineral- salty richness and a crisp acidity are
distinctive on the palate. A wine with backbone!

~

Pinot Grigio, Single Vineyard “Castel Ringberg”, White 2021 -  £ 26.5 / bottle

A complex variety of fruits, especially ripe pears and lime blossom, as well as
spicy sage notes. Structure and elegance, power and harmony dominate
the palate, combined with creamy fullness and density. A single vineyard
Pinot Grigio with a lot of character!

~

Lagrein, Alto Adige D.O.C. Red 2021 - £21 / bottle

The complex bouquet captivates with discreet spicy aromas, with cocoa
together with wild berries and sweet cherries in the background. Distinctive
tannin structure, smooth fullness, playful yet rustic elegance and youthful
freshness as well as a long, juicy finish.

~

Pinot Nero, Blauburgunder Alto Adige D.O.C. Red 2022 - £20 / bottle

A fruity play of aromas of red berries, cherries and raspberries as well as spicy
notes with some white pepper characterizes the bouquet. In the mouth, the
wine convinces with juicy structure and inviting freshness, with soft, velvety
tannins, discreet spices in the background and a youthful, elegant finish.
